1. General Information
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all event bookings with World Ju-Jitsu Association PTY LTD (“Organisation”). By making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to all events organised by the Organisation, including paid and free activities. Specific details for each event, such as costs, locations, and schedules, will be provided prior to booking.
3. Payment Policy
• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Cash.
• Deposit Requirements:
• Some events are free to book.
• For paid events, the deposit amount will be disclosed in advance and is due immediately upon booking to secure your spot.
• Final Payment:
• The remaining balance must be settled no later than one week prior to the event start date.
• Instalment plans are available upon request; contact the Organisation to arrange a payment plan.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation by Attendees:
• Bookings may be cancelled up to one week prior to the event date.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Any additional payments made may be credited to your account for future events, provided the cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe.
• Exceptions may be granted for medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances.
• Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organisation:
• If the Organisation reschedules an event, attendees will be notified promptly, and existing bookings will be adjusted to the new schedule.
• In the event of a cancellation, attendees will be refunded in accordance with the refund policy or offered credit for future events.
5. Attendance and Eligibility
• Unless otherwise stated, events are open to past students, current members, non-members, and individuals with varying skill levels, including those from other martial arts backgrounds.
• Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or assigned to another participant.
6. Waivers
• For events requiring waivers (e.g., high-risk activities like jet skiing), the waiver form must be signed and submitted no later than three (3) days prior to the event.
• Participants who fail to return signed waivers will not be allowed to participate in those specific activities.
7. Liability and Emergencies
• By booking, you acknowledge and agree that the Organisation is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or emergencies that may occur during the event.
• While the Organisation will take reasonable measures to ensure participant safety, attendees accept responsibility for their own actions and well-being during the event.
8. Special Requirements
• Participants with dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or accessibility needs must notify the Organisation in advance by contacting the office.
• Any required medication or medical assistance must be disclosed ahead of the event.
9. Transportation and Logistics
• Transportation details, where applicable, will be disclosed on a case-by-case basis and shared with attendees prior to the event.
• Attendees are responsible for being on time at designated meeting points.
10. Behaviour and Code of Conduct
• All attendees are expected to adhere to the Organisation’s code of conduct, which will be communicated in advance of the event.
• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
11. Changes to Event Details
• The Organisation reserves the right to make changes to event details, including but not limited to dates, times, locations, and activities.
• Participants will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.
12. Agreement
By completing your booking, you confirm that:
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• You accept all liability associated with your participation in the event.
• You consent to abide by all rules, guidelines, and policies outlined by the Organisation.
